The lifetime replacement guarantee is simply what it says. If your invisibleSHIELD™ ever becomes scratched, torn or damaged in any way while protecting your device, we will replace the invisibleSHIELD™ for free, for life.

Q: When Can I Get a Replacement?

A: The invisibleSHIELD™ is made of a very durable material that is difficult to scratch or scuff. The Lifetime Replacement Policy is for invisibleSHIELD™ products that have become damaged while protecting your device, and will no longer function properly.

What does this mean? The Lifetime Replacement Policy means we will replace invisibleSHIELD™s which have served their purpose and protected your electronic device. If your shield was damaged while protecting your device, then it qualifies for replacement.

Q: What does the Replacement Policy NOT cover?

A: Installation errors are not covered by the replacement policy. This includes bubbles under the invisibleSHIELD™ film, as well as incorrect alignment of the shield on your device. Please read the application instructions carefully before installing your invisibleSHIELD™.

1. Register your product
   It is important to register your product as soon as it arrives. Click here for more details on product registration.
2. Contact us
   For the quickest possible service, please call us at 801.263.0699. (If you cannot contact us via phone, you can reach us at Customer Service) Please have your order number and/or product registration number available.
3. Shipping your replacement
   Per the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, your replacement invisibleSHIELD™ is free! The minimum reshipping and handling charge is $3.95 for 7-10 business day delivery and includes a free bottle of application solution. If you would like to purchase a faster shipping method, please ask one of our associates for more details.
4. Return the original
   After receiving your replacement, please send your original invisibleSHIELD™ back to us.

Q: Can I select free shipping for my replacement?

A: Our free shipping option is only available for the initial purchase and does not apply to warranty replacements. For a minimal shipping and handling charge of $3.95 you will receive a free replacement invisibleSHIELD™ per our lifetime guarantee guidelines.
